Mert Can Orhan, Tax ID: 6460624743 ("Starly"), with a registered office at Cihannuma Mah., Akdoğan Sk., No: 44/1, Beşiktaş, Istanbul, email: upcornventures@gmail.com, is the sole owner and responsible entity for the "Starly" app.

2. Purpose of the App

Starly provides daily astrology-based affirmations and personalized content according to users' zodiac sign.

3. Compatible Devices

Starly is available on Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Users acknowledge compliance with applicable store policies.

4. Getting Started and Subscription

Upon first use, users should provide name, gender, age, and birth date. Users have access to a free version with limited functionality. To access personalized affirmations and select specific focus areas, users must subscribe to a Premium weekly subscription available through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. User Content

Starly does not allow users to create or upload their own content within the app.

6. Data and Privacy

To offer a personalized and enhanced app experience, Starly collects and stores certain personal information (such as name, gender, and birth date) on its own backend system, hosted via Supabase. This data is securely stored and used solely to deliver customized affirmations and improve user experience. Starly does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Starly uses the following third-party services:

Starly designed for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent before using the app.

9. Liability

Starly is provided on an "as-is" basis. Mert Can Orhan disclaims any liability for damages arising from technical failures, incorrect app use, third-party disruptions, malware, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes arising from the use of Starly shall be exclusively settled by the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
